Vineyard: Vineyard: Mountains of Achaia altitude 800 – 900 meters, small vineyards.                   

Wine – Making Process: Pre-fermentation extraction for about 3 hours. Followed by static settling and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, at low temperatures. Part of the must is fermented in new oak barrels and matured in them for about 5 months. Staying with the lees for 4-5 weeks with gentle stirring.

Features:  Bright yellow colour with vibrant green hues. Very fresh characters of exotic and unripen yellow fruits, white flowers and basil. Light volume and vibrant acidity in the mouth. Refreshing and fruity on the palate.

Pairings: Seafood, small fried fishes, fresh white cheeses, and fried meze.

Serving Temperature: 10°C–12°C

Actual Alcoholic Strength by Volume: 12,5% vol. (varies depending on vintage).
