Wine – Making Process: Harvested by night to keep the freshness, each vineyard lot is gently pressed after a 6 hours skin contact to allow the full aroma expression of Sauvignon Blanc. The lots are fermented at low temperature for more finesse & purity and after 3 months of sur lies aging with gentle battonage (to mature the wine), each component is blended to create the Fortant de France signature.
Features: This wine boasts lemon yellow colour tinged with green highlights. Its nose is intense yet fresh with notes of grapefruit and pineapple. Fresh on the palate with lovely flavours of citrus and a lively finish.
Pairings: Enjoy this dry white wine with appetizers and salads or fish.
