                   Soil: Limestone with clay, white marl and silica.

 

Ageing: Aging in barrels for 12 months.

 

Features:  Beautiful gold colour. Intense aromas of grilled almonds, exotic fruits (mango). Delicate, harmonious and well-structured. Good aromatic complexity. Elegant oak notes.

 

Pairings: To be enjoyed with fish (salmon), seafood and some cheeses (especially goat cheeses).

 

Serving Temperature: 10°C–12°C
