Features:  Pale gold colour. Delicate floral fragrances (hawthorn) mixed with aromas of citrus fruit on a subtle minerality. Taut and precise with a linear structure. Very pure fruit combination. Refreshing mineral finish.

 

Pairings: Pâté, lobsters and poultry as well as some goat cheeses.

 

Serving Temperature: 8°C–10°C
