Wine – Making Process: Careful handling of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures in stainless tanks. The wine stays in contact with its fine lees for almost 3 weeks.

Features:  Pale yellow limpid colour with fine citrus aromas and crispy fruity taste.

Pairings: Stuffed bell peppers, Greek style fish stew, Greek salad and grilled sea bass with a dressing made of lemon juice, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Serving Temperature: 8°C–10°C
