Harvest: Grapes harvested generally at night (cold temperature) in perfect maturity.

Wine – Making Process: Juice extract by pressing, staining and fermentation with very low temperatures for three weeks. Wine quickly clarified and kept at low temperature.

Vineyard: Soil: Deep soils, of plains and especially constituted of alluvial deposit of silt and clay.   These soils accumulate a lot of water during dryness.

 

Features: Colour: Clear, very pale yellow with green reflections.

                  Nose: Notes of pineapple, with flowers, white pear.

                  Palate: Round, easy to drink, beautiful wine balance, aromas of with pear.

 

Pairings: A white wine that may be served with, noodles or rice with spicy sauces, shellfish, lean fish and mild and soft cheeses.

 

Serving Temperature: 8°C – 10°C

 

Actual Alcoholic Strength by Volume: 12,5% vol. (varies depending on vintage).

 

Allergens: Contains sulphites.
