Wine – Making Process: Skin-contact maceration in order to lend aromatic power, body and structure. The fermentation is carried out at low temperatures preserves the aromas and freshness. Fermentation at 18°C (100%).

Features: Colour:A lovely light yellow colour with green highlights.

                  Nose: A fresh, elegant nose with floral (acacia, vine flowers, fruity (passion fruit,   

                             grapefruit, litchi) aromas.         

                  Palate: It is a well-balanced wine. Its finish is fresh, long, fruity with floral hues of white           

                                   peach and mandarin peel.

Pairings: Perfect accompaniment to shellfish, smoked salmon and grilled fish.

Serving Temperature: 6°C – 8°C

Actual Alcoholic Strength by Volume: 13% vol. (varies depending on vintage).

Allergens: Contains sulphites.
