SPUMANTE METODO CLASSICO
Grape Varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot nero.
Harvest: Manual, beginning of September.
Wine-making process: Soft pressing of whole grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 15°-16°C. In spring, the cuvée obtained from blending the various wines is bottled and undergoes second fermentation directly in the bottle.
Ageing: In the bottle, on the fermentation lees for at least thirty-six months.
Pairings: Delightful with appetizers and desserts. Its body makes it the ideal all-round accompaniment from entrées to cheeses, pasta, fish, white meat, feathered game and barbecued meats.
Serving temperature: 6°-8°C
Features:
Wine with straw yellow hues, clear and bright. Perlage is very fine and persistent.
Very intense aromatic expression with hints of yeast, bread crust, herbs, acacia flowers and honey.
Wide and harmonic palate, very persistent nose notes.
Certainly, a classical sparkling wine with a great pedigree.
