Grape Varieties: 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot
Winemaking: Traditional wine making in concrete vats. Long macerations up to 5 weeks with pump-overs and unballasting determined by tasting.
Organoleptic characteristics: A lovely ruby colour. A fine and expressive nose with blackcurrant, violet, and spicy notes (cinnamon, liquorice, clove). A round, a well-balanced palate with silky tannins. A long, rich and fruity finish.
How to appreciate:16 – 18 °C
Food Pairings: Strong cheeses, white and red meats.
