Tasting Notes
Nose: Its sweetly peated nature is immediately apparent, along with heaps of dark fruit.
Palate: Sea salt whipped up on a sea breeze, warm Christmas spices, a cereal quality and that gentle peat smoke. Tasty.
Finish: Long and saline, balanced with those dark fruits.
Overall: A complex drop – sweet and peat are a match made in heaven.
