An indie Linkwood from Douglas Laing! Distilled in 2007, this one slumbered for 12 years in a single refill hogshead, before it was bottled in February 2020. A limited 364 bottles were released for the Old Particular series, full of buttery sweetness and fruit.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Apple pie and vanilla ice cream, with tropical fruit and melted brown sugar.

Palate: Strawberry laces, barley sugar and creamy porridge.

Finish: Buttery lemon shortbread lingers.
