J.Bally Pyramid Rum je distributed in a pyramidal bottle, high in alcohol. It should be tasted slowly, enjoying the aroma, chords of taste and composition.
J.Bally is one of the oldest distilleries producing Agricole rum in Martinique. The production is inspired by cognac distillation techniques. Rum matures in old white oak barrels. Wood gives the rum a beautiful amber colour and a delicate aroma, and only time can provide the rest of the perfection, it is obvious to every rum lover.
This rum is distilled from the sugar juice of cane and not molasses, like most other rums in the world. Sugarcane varieties are carefully selected due to the quantity and quality of sugar content. The maximum fermentation takes 72 hours.
Tasting notes:
Colour: dark mahogany.
Flavour: lively, intense, tasty notes of spices – mainly nutmeg, cinnamon, cocoa and Virginia tobacco.
Taste: rich and full-bodied, aromatic, clear, with flattering woody notes.
Alcohol degree: 45%
