Appearance: lovely golden hue
Nose: Stone fruit aromas (apricot, peach), a delicately roasted floral touch, minerality and complexity
Palate: Lovely and fresh on entry, full of minerality and complexity. Well-balanced wine thanks to the freshness and the fat of the white Grenache. Notes of white flesh fruits with hints of vanilla.
Food Recommendation: Chicken & apricot tagine
Grape varieties: 70% Grenache blanc, 30% Vermentino
Soil: By hand.
Vinification: After pressing, we carry out a natural cold static settling at 10°C. Fermentation is carried out at 18°C, 70% in stainless steel vats and 30% in “demi-muids” (600L barrels). Preventioni of malolactic fermentation.
Ageing: 9 months, 70% in stainless steel vats and 30% in “demi-muids” (mainly new) with “batônnage” (stirring of the lees).
Alcohol content: 13%
