Vineyard: Soil: Gently sloping south facing hillsides. The soil is composed of Isère river sedimentary soils and large, round pebbles.
Parcels: 20- to 40-year-old vines are used to produce this Crozes-Hermitage “Les
Meysonniers” white wine.
Wine Making Process: Hand-harvested at maturity. The entire grapes are pressed. The must is cold-settling for 24 hours. The temperatures of vinification are regulated. Fermentations take place in vats. Ageing lasts for 7 to 8 months in tank. 100% of which takes place in stainless steel in order to preserve the aromatic quality, derived from the Crozes-Hermitage sedimentary soils, within the aromatic expression of Marsanne.
Features: Colour: Pale yellow with green lights, limpid, brilliant.
Nose: The first nose is on quince, peony and then roasted almond.
Mouth: The attack is supple and fresh.
Pairings: Enjoy with fish, shellfish, and salads. Perfect for picnics with mild creamy cheese and mature strong cheeses. Also pairs nicely with oriental and spicy dishes. Ideal with a seafood platter.
Serving Temperature: 10°C-12°C
