M.CHAPOUTIER, ELEIVERA
TASTING:
Colour: Beautiful deep purple color.
Nose: Intense with aromas of flowers, exotic fruit and red fruits. It is elegant with mineral notes.
Mouth: Soft with a nice structure. There is a good weight and depth. Well balanced and fresh. The finish is long with the floral notes that comes with us till the end.
Dine Recommendations: Tournedos steak
Grape variety: 100% Touriga Nacional
Soil: Highly altered schist soil on the surface with a subsoil of unaltered schist from 30-40cm.
Harvest: The grapes are hand-picked in small crates of 20kg.
Winemaking: Vinification in small tanks with a long vatting of more than 4 weeks.
Maturing: The wine is matured in concrete tanks and French oak barrels of 2 to 4 years.
Alcohol degree: 13%
